Our Team Great teams are at the core of all great work. Here’s a glimpse at ours: Chuck Markham is the point-person for real estate and many other matters. He also happens to be the love of Theresa’s life (and her husband J). Lynda, our real estate assistant, helps keep your real estate transaction “in the flow.” She is Chuck’s assistant and manages many aspects of the process. Lara, our Miss Teen NJ state finalist and NYU student intern, fields lots of behind-the-scenes real estate issues, computer and paperwork. Trish, supports the litigation and family law process by managing the reams of incoming information & phone calls, outgoing paper, and filing documents with the courts.
